Charlotte is an executive leader who most recently was Chief Communications and Brand Officer at NZ Rugby where she was responsible for the strategy, team and programmes of work delivering world class communications and brand strategy across the game. Prior to NZR, Charlotte held the role of Executive Communications and Marketing Director at MediaWorks where she lead on all group communications - including content, brand and talent publicity - and corporate affairs.
Charlotte began her career in London with time spent at Channel 4, the BBC and with then leading sports agency Proactive Sports Management where she represented Wayne and Coleen Rooney's media and brand profiles. Upon returning to the southern hemisphere she led communications for Shine Australia - Australia's biggest content producer - where she was responsible for all corporate communications as well as the publicity for its global entertainment brands and talent.

Ged is an executive leader with over 20 years of global experience in sports, entertainment, and media. He has extensive expertise in content creation, broadcasting, and high-value commercial negotiations. Most recently, Ged served on the Executive team of NZ Rugby as the General Manager of Broadcast and Media Rights, leading and negotiating the sale of SANZAAR media rights since 2013.In addition to his role in media rights, Ged led the Content team, focusing on storytelling to engage the global fanbase of the All Blacks and other National Teams. He was also the Executive Producer of the Amazon documentary series "All or Nothing: The All Blacks."
Before his tenure at NZ Rugby, Ged held leadership positions at Mediaworks NZ, including Head of Content and Production and Network Programmer. He also served as the Head of Music at MTV Networks UK & Ireland.
